Ocean Fitness & Sauna Session

Get ready for the open water season with a fun 45 minute bodyweight work out with Andy from Ocean Set. These pulse-raising weekly sessions are designed to get you set up for swimming and surfing, by building endurance and paddle strength.

All abilities welcome, the session is followed by a 45 minute session in the sauna and cold plunge.
