The Brave Wave retreat is a private workshop focussed on combining mental training with surfing in a safe and supportive community - to help build trust, navigate fears and release anxiety in the long term. This retreat is a safe space for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender people who live with anxiety or anxiety disorders. Those who often feel insecure or struggle with self-doubt.

Spring Nature Sauna Ceremony, hosted by Sarah from Olla Hiki

Shake off the winter and emerge into spring. Sarah’s sauna ceremony promotes deep relaxation and a connection with nature that will leave you energised for the longer spring days. During the two-hour ritual you will be guided through four rounds of hot and cold immersion, from the wood-fired sauna to the cold plunge, using meditation, leaf whisks, exfoliating scrubs and oils. The experience is followed by time in the hot tub watching the stars listening to the sounds of the river.

This session is open to all and caters for all level of sauna-goer!
